Speedchucks — Balance Tuned for Motion
The Condor Speedchucks transform a well-known Japanese martial arts weapon into a finely tuned modern training tool. Designed by Joe Flowers, a black belt in American-style Shotokan Karate, these nunchakus reflect a deep understanding of balance, control, and movement.
Built with performance in mind, the Speedchucks feature a refined balance point that favors velocity and fluid transitions. Unlike many traditional designs, they are highly tunable—allowing the user to change the string or modify the setup as training needs evolve. Handmade from burnt American hickory, they combine traditional material choices with modern performance expectations.
The result is a pair of nunchakus that feel responsive and intentional in motion. Purpose-built for training, the Condor Speedchucks stand out as one of the best-balanced modern options available today.
