Scott from Edgy Bladeworks has carried a custom Tipper almost every day for over a year, and he has no plans of stopping. It feels exceptionally comfortable in hand and is both fun and highly fidget-friendly, offering enjoyment throughout the day.

About Designer

Scott Stills of Edgy Bladeworks is a custom knife maker based in Asheville, North Carolina. A part-time maker working toward a full-time career, Scott has been a knife collector for nearly eight years and began making knives about four years ago.

Like many makers, he started with fixed blades, but his long-term goal was always to create folding knives—a goal he soon achieved. Deeply passionate about knifemaking, Scott believes it is what he was meant to do.

He named his company Edgy Bladeworks to reflect his darker sense of humor and appreciation for bold, unconventional forms of art. Knifemaking is his true passion, and he looks forward to seeing how far he can take his craft and career.

The Tipper features a Modified Cleaver blade crafted from Nitro-V steel for balanced edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, or Damascus steel for a unique pattern while maintaining reliable performance. Ergonomic Handle Options

Handles are available in G10, Micarta, or PEI, offering durability, grip security, and comfort. G10 is impact-resistant and easy to maintain, Micarta provides excellent anti-slip properties and develops unique wear patterns, and PEI is lightweight, visually appealing, and resilient in various conditions.

Secure Liner Lock with Smooth Deployment

The liner lock mechanism ensures a stable and safe lockup, preventing accidental closure. Equipped with a Thumb Stud and ergonomic Finger Choil, the Tipper allows effortless single-hand deployment while providing precise and fidget-friendly handling.
